About this house rental
A stone's throw from the beautiful sandy beach Lagkouvardos and the small fish-village Marathopolis, this 4000 square meter seafront vacation apartments unit offer beautiful views and splendid sunsets over the Ionian open sea. A large front yard with an access to a secluded rocky beach make our small scale lodging ideal for families.
Our self-catering apartments located in a quiet sparsely-populated area in a purely natural environment near the protected lagoon of Gialova and the wonderful beach of Voidokoilia provide full privacy and tranquility. The sound of the sea lulls you day and night while the sea breeze makes the environment cooler in the summer.
The interior is decorated in a simple modern and colorful style, while the exterior is formed into a large yard with mini wild garden oasis, relaxing patio areas and lots of space for entertaining groups and family moments. Since our family lives nearby the apartments expect our 24 hour assistance with anything you might need during your stay.
We are looking forward to welcoming you in this amazing sea view, far from every day life and the loud city environment and to introducing you to the unique surroundings, the historical sites and the striking clear blue sea of southwest Peloponnese.

Unserer Familie hat die Unterkunft und die schöne Anlage sehr gut gefallen. wir haben uns direkt Wohlgefühls und immer wieder den Ausblick auf das Meer genossen.

La résidence est très propre et bien tenue. Elle est conforme au descriptif et offre une vue magnifique sur la mer ainsi qu'un joli jardin avec des emplacements différents pour se reposer, jouer ou cuisiner.
Marathopoli est un tout petit port calme où on peut profiter des restaurants en bord de mer. On peut aller faire ses courses à Gargaliani, à 5 km, village très vivant et authentique où il fait bon prendre une consommation sur la place de l'église.
Beaucoup de sites à visiter dans la région: Methoni, Pylos, la plage de Voidokila....
Seul bémol: on peut déplorer le peu d'attention manifeste des autorités et de certaines personnes pour maintenir la propreté des chemins aux alentours (poubelles pleines, bouteilles plastiques,...). C'est fort dommage pour un endroit proche d'une zone protégée Natura 2000 (lagune de Gialova).

Ontbijt op het terras met mooi uitzicht op mooi aangelegde gezamenlijke tuin en direct aan zee. Leuke zitjes en hangmat in tuin en elk appartement met buiten douche. Jammer dat je niet direct de zee in kon.
