About this farm stay rental
The 100sqm apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse overlooking a beautiful valley surrounded by hills with forests, olive groves, crops, pastures, in the middle of a unique landscape for natural features and wealth of historical evidence. Around the house wide equipped spaces available and ensure full utilization of the environment and allow a real holiday in the nature of live even with family and friends.
A 5km there are two fractions with shopping center, pharmacy, banks, post office, restaurants and pizzerias. The area is served by excellent road and placed in a central position in the most important tourist destinations of Tuscany and Umbria, places of extraordinary wealth for artistic content, cultural, historical, religious and gastronomic traditions.
Cortona with its Etruscan and medieval, its churches and its museums is 20km; the same distance from the Lake Trasimeno with its islands accessible by ferry, its towns and its beaches. A short distance away, between 45min and 1 hour and a half for car trips, to name a few places, there are centers of Montepulciano, with excellent wineries where you can taste local products, Siena, San Gimignano, the area of the Crete Siena, the Etruscan towns of Maremma. The Umbrian side Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Narni and Perugia. The cities of Florence, Rome and Bologna are a 2 hour drive.

Super schöne 3 Schlafzimmer (für 6 oder mehr Personen) Unterkunft.
Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und alles - haben Kuchen, Wein, Tiramisu mehrmals vorbei gebracht. Handtücher wurden nach 3 Tagen gewechselt ... wirklich ausserordentlich zuvorkommend und weiter zu empfehlen!!!!!
Ca 30 Minuten Fahrzeit nach Cortona und ca 45 Minuten nach Arrezzo ...

Die Wohnung im ehemaligen Weinkeller ist sehr gut eingerichtet, gemütlich und gut temperiert - auch bei Außentemperaturen von weit über 35 Grad. Die Wohnung wurde im Topzustand sauber übergeben und die wunderbaren Gastgeber haben sich auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer rührig - aber diskret - um unser Wohl gekümmert. Ein Traumplatz für alle, die sich nach absoluter Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sehnen. Der Pool im Garten ist sehr gepflegt und stand uns jederzeit zu Verfügung. Und ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die nahen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man 5 Minuten in den nächsten Ort und auch an guten Osterias und Restaurants mangelt es nicht. Ein Traumurlaub, der viel zu schnell vorbei war. Aber mit neuen Freunden, die wir gewonnen haben.
