This lovingly restored farmhouse offers an authentic rural atmosphere and is situated on a quiet hillside surrounded by woods. Tastefully decorated in a traditional country style, the house is a warm and relaxing retreat. Prepare delicious meals in the spacious kitchen and look forward to convivial meals and cheerful game evenings at the inviting dining table. On cooler days, you can light the fireplace and listen to the crackling of the fire while you relax and read.
Directly below the house you will find a partially covered swimming pool with a furnished sun terrace, ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. Soak up the sun on a lounger or chat into the sunset with a glass of wine.
The location is ideal for nature lovers and a great starting point for exploring both Tuscany and Umbria. Discover the nearby historic towns of Cortona and Città di Castello, plan day trips to Arezzo, Perugia and Gubbio and sample regional specialities in a cosy trattoria.
