Next to bridge in central Bassano

This apartment boasts a truly wonderful location, putting you right in the heart of the city and just a few steps from the beautiful and iconic Bassano bridge. The host was also incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The apartment is quite small, but the bedroom and bathroom in particular are very small. This made moving around quite complicated, especially for someone who is tall or not very slim. Additionally, the cleanliness was not perfect and the lack of a lift certainly doesn't add to the convenience, particularly with luggage.

Overall the stay was very nice and the owner was understanding.

Booking.com listed check in at 11:00. When I arrived at 11:00 the apartment was not prepared. I immediately left and contacted the owner who said check in was at 12:00. I was not able to gain access until 1:00. This listing discrepancy should be corrected.

Gorgeous experience!

The position of the room was excellent, very near the city center next to the "Ponte degli Alpini". The bedroom was clean and so lovely. The property was flexible to our need and very helpful in suggesting where to park the car.

The only thing I didn't like so much was the little daylight through the window because of the position of the apartment. But it was a very pleasant holiday.

It was in an excellent location. The kitchen was fully equipped.

You couldn't feel the air conditioner in both rooms. The main room was tiny and you could barely walk into the room.

Great Place in Bassano del Grappa

The location to the Ponte is great and also across the street from the Poli Grappa Museum. The apartment is large and well furnished and has many cooking utensils and a small washing machine. So convenient. Overall comfortable place to stay. Good lighting. A lot of room to move around in. We had a small patio at the back. Feels like you are at your own home. Will plan to return one day!

Amazing time.

It's fantastic localization in the centre of old town Bassano del Grappa. Very close to tourist attractions just like Venezia (Venice), Padova, Trento and also Asolo , Marostica. And of course the beautiful bridge in Bassano, you must see it.

Very good

The flat is nice and cosy, extremely well positioned in the old center. There’s free parking in a walking distance. Carlotta waited for us and handed us the keys.

It has nothing to do with the property but we were asked to present all our passports and Carlotta took pictures of them all, to later fill in some necessary police work. We’re staying in a separate accommodation now I Italy and I haven’t been requested to do the same. All in all, although I might understand this legal requirement, I know regular people are not equipped well enough to protect personal information. Was extremely uncomfortable with the request, complied... and asked her to confirm once the pictures were deleted (she did). booking.com should find a way to mediate this process (like other operators do!) and not let private owners take random pictures of official papers that don’t belong to them!

Die Lage ist perfekt, vis a vis von Poli und ein paar Schritte zur alten Brücke. Übernahme des Appartements hat sehr gut geklappt.

Carlotta è una persona solare, educata, simpatica, pronta, presente, discreta e molto professionale! L'appartamento mi ha fatto sentire a casa, curato in ogni minimo particolare, molto pulito, provvisto di tutto l'occorrente, solenzioso, accogliente: è casa. È situato praticamente all'ingresso del meraviglioso ponte degli Alpini e a 2 passi da passeggiate lungo il Brenta e dalle meravigliose piazze di Bassano, ricca di locali, ristoranti, negozi, storia, natura, gente viva, allegra e gentile. Noi milanesi ahimè siamo abituati ad avere il supermercato sotto casa ma come mi è piaciuto invece assaporare il fare la spesa nei negozi intorno, fornitissimi di tutto, alta qualità e di quella genuinità che ho dimenticato. Bassano, la "nostra casetta" e le persone mi sono rimaste dentro. Grazie di cuore, farò di tutto per tornare il prima possibile!

Confortevole, posizione perfetta, host gentile e disponibile.

Il materasso era un po’ scomodo (ovviamente il parere è assolutamente personale). Una cosa che assolutamente non è imputabile alla struttura e all’host: nella corte dov’è affaccia la camera da letto deve vivere una famiglia particolarmente rumorosa, a volte un po’ fastidiosi.

Tutto perfetto

Situato a poche passi dal Ponte Nardini che diventa l'anima della città nei pomeriggi e anche a due passi dalla ottima bruschetteria, la posizione di struttura è davvero da invidiare! poi non manca niente, tutto pulito e Carlotta è il host solare :) Era la nostra seconda volta qui e sicuramente non ultima.
