We had a wonderful stay at Teresa’s apartment in Bassano del Grappa. The location couldn’t be more perfect—right in the heart of the old city, with everything just steps away. The apartment itself is well equipped with all the amenities you need, including much-appreciated air conditioning and the convenience of parking, which is a rare find in the historic center. Teresa was an absolute delight to deal with, always quick to respond to my messages and very attentive. I would gladly stay here again—and in fact, I plan to!

Appartamento centrale, ma silenzioso.
Il garage era sotterraneo e la nostra auto con portapacchi sopra non entrava. Abbiamo dovuto lasciarla in area di sosta a pagamento. È vero che noi non avevamo specificato questa situazione e quindi abbiamo avuto questa sorpresa negativa. Forse sarebbe meglio evidenziarlo in futuro.

Die Lage .....wir waren schon öfters in diesem Apartment.
Dieses Mal hatten wir Pech mit der Dusche im zweiten Bad. Das Wasser ist nicht abgelaufen.
Wir sind am Mittwoch angereist und hatten bis Samstag Nachmittag das Wasser in der Dusche stehen. Leider wurde nur oberflächlich mit scharfen Mittel etwas unternommen. Das Wasser lief beim nächsten Duschen oder befüllen der Duschwanne nicht ab.
Da ein bekannter Handwerker erst am Samstag Nachmittag Zeit hatte, wurde der Schaden nicht eher behoben.
Das kann es ja wohl nicht geben. Leider konnten wir keinen Kontakt mit der Besitzerin herstellen. Es ging nur über eine Angestellte. Die alles versuchte, aber es auch nicht hinbekommen hat. Sie ist ja kein Installateur.
Der Schaden hätte noch vor unserem Eintreffen behoben werden müssen. Waren enttäuscht.
