the space is nice and has a view of the lake

there's no Privacity. the hosts enter the apartment when you are not there and then tell you that they have entered to close windows... they are always watching what you do. it is very hot because it is an attic, on a 3rd floor without elevator with very high stairs. After we left, the owner sent me a whatsapp with a photo of a garbage bag that wasn't mine and told me that I left it at the neighbor's house and threatened that the city council would send me a sanction.... it's the sixth I have been vacationing in Gravedona for a year and I have never met anyone so unpleasant

Fully equipped apartment

The apartment is great and has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Due to covid we didn’t have much contact with the host but she was quick to respond to questions via WhatsApp. The apartment had everything you need to cook including salt, pepper, oil etc which meant you didn’t have to buy all that stuff for a short stay. The town is charming and has all the stores, restaurants you would need and the apartment is on a quiet street. The balcony was great to relax on.

Amazing place at Como

Amazing place. So close to the Comp lake. The view from the balcony on the lake just stunning! Apartment itself is super neat and clean. You have everything you need incl. Wifi and air conditioning. Free parking is available right on the next street. Pets are allowed. We stay with our dog without any problems and extra payments. Beach is 5 minutes walk. Highly recommend this place and special thanks to Marilena for her hospitality.

Nah am Wasser und Citi, kleine Terasse mit Blick auf Como See, gemütlich eingerichtet, Waschmaschine ist da,

Wie schon bereits von anderen erwähnt- Dachgeschoss dh. wird schnell heiß drinne und ungewöhnlich unregelmäßige und hohe Stufen Die Matratze (Bett) ist leider schon durch - man spürt die Federn - sehr unbequem! Sehr hellhörige Wohnung - auf dem kleinen Balkon keine Privatsphäre- man schaut dem Nachbar auf den Teller- falls man mit offenen Fenster schlafen möchte- hört man alles was nebenan gesprochen wird, kein fester Parkplatz- nur öffentlich, Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder nicht gerade günstig ( 5 Euro pro Rad pro Nacht), WLAN könnte stärker sein, kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm, leider fehlte der Wasserkocher und scharfe Brotmesser

Top Lage, gemütliche Einrichtung, herrlicher Ausblick vom Balkon, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, Unterstellmöglichkeit im Haus gegen Aufpreis für ein Fahrrad.

Toller, erholsamer Urlaub in schönen Gravedona.

Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber. Konnten sogar schon um 12:30 Uhr einchecken 😍. Badewanne gewöhnungsbedürftig, war jedoch bereits auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Toller Blick vom Balkon zum See. Sehr sauber.Wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Stufen größtenteils sehr alt und alle drei Treppen sehr steil. Nicht für Gäste mit Gehhandicap geeignet.
