Comfortable Stay — Responsive Host and Nice View

The property is as seen in the pictures. There’s a nice view of the lake from the apartment. The hosts were responsive, and we didn’t have any issues during our stay.

The bed covers needed an extra wash, and there were just a few minor details, such as some missing kitchen items — a potato peeler (we bought one and left it there), sharp knives, and lids for the pots. It’s worth mentioning that we didn’t bring these up with the host, so not a issue major here. When we needed to contact them for increasing the room temperature, they were very quick and responsive.

Very good location with free and spacious parking lot, easy and clear access to the apartment with photos. Very clean and cozy apartment , fully equipped kitchen, very well attended apartment.

The curtain in the bedroom is too thin to filter the light in.

Eine schöne Unterkunft, direkt am Comer See.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Comer See. Vom Fenster aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Ein kleiner Badestrand ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und einige Restaurants, die nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt sind. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist voll in Ordnung. Wenn man plant, Wäsche zu waschen, sollten man sich aber ein Wäschegestell mitnehmen.

Da sich die Wohnung direkt an der Straße befindet, kann es etwas lauter werden. Insbesondere gegen Abend und in der Nacht hört man einige Motorräder, was etwas nervig ist. Das Bett könnte bequemer sein...

L'appartamento è molto accogliente, è in posizione centralissima ed offre una bella vista sul lago e sulle montagne circostanti (è sito al 3° piano). Ben curato, è molto pulito e ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario per soggiornarvi. Dispone di un ascensore moderno, che offre un comodo collegamento tra parcheggio e alloggio. Parcheggio gratuito e spazioso, di facile accesso, all’aperto nel cortile ma protetto da un buon cancello con un telecomando di sicurezza. Vicinissimo a ristoranti, ad un fornitissimo supermercato e all'imbarcadero da cui si può prendere il battello.

Forse un po’ trafficata e rumorosa la strada sottostante.

Apartament in Gravedona.

Apartamentul este foarte curat si bine utilat cu tot ce este nevoie ca sa te simti ca acasa. Este pozitionat in partea de sus a lacului Como, in comuna Gravedona, la aproximativ 50- 70 de metri de faleza lacului. La aproximativ 200 de metri este un restaurant cu pizza si paste foarte bune si la preturi mici. La 300 de metri este si un supermarket cu tot ce ai nevoie, preturile fiind poate cu cativa centi mai mari la la Penny sau un alt supermarket mare local, dar care se afla la 1.4 si 1.5 km, deci trebuie mers cu masina. La 400 de metri este debarcaderul de unde poti lua vaporasul ca sa vizitezi toate oraselele renumite de pe malul lacului Como, Bellagio, Mennagio, Varrena, etc. Practic cu un bilet de 19 euro pe zi pleci la 9.55 si debarci in care vrei, apoi urci iar pe vaporas si mergi in urmatorul pana la ora 19⁰⁰ seara cand trebuie sa-l iei pe urmatorul ca sa ajungi in Gravedona la cazare. Practic nici nu ai nevoie de masina ca sa vizitezi tot si nu-ti mai bati capul cu gasirea parcarilor care sunt destul de putine in zonele de vizitat si trebuie si platite, dar parcarea e ieftina. Parcarea este in curte, este o poarta mare cu telecomanda, deci masina este si securizata si nici nu ai probleme cu autoritatile daca parchezi aiurea. Apartamentul nu are balcon, deci fumatorii trebuie sa coboare in curte sa fumeze sau nu fumeaza.

Canapeaua din living, desi se deschide si este mare, este foarte incomoda de dormit pe ea. Nu prea te odihnesti cum trebuie. Un asa apartament frumos si utilat merita si o canapea confortabila pentru dormit.

Головний плюс помешкання - розкішний вид з усіх вікон. Також приємно мати приватну парковку. В помешканні свіжий ремонт. Нова сантехника.

Невідповідність адреси на сайті. Не зустрічали і не відповідали на дзвінки. Через 15 хвилин після встановленого часу заселення нарешті вислали інструкцію щодо поселення. Більше жодного контакту, жодних порад. В квартирі немає звукоізоляції. Вона на перехресті. Носяться байкери. У квітні холодно. Вікна з одним тонким склом. Немає чайника. Немає біде, заявленого на вашому сайті. Немає балкону, який був у фільтрах, тільки імітація. Вперше ми не мали навіть меленького шматка мила, щоб помити руки після дороги та заселення.
