Very well located, spotless and nice host

Exactly as the pictures, super clean and very well located. Host was very nice and helpful.

The sofa bed in the living room is super uncomfortable, parking is also an issue close by as all Saturdays in July and August the front street is closed in the evenings.

Perfect Stay. Highly Recommended

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Alessandra was incredibly friendly and helpful, making everything even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location is ideal just a 2-minute walk from the ferry, which is perfect for visiting the central towns of Lake Como. It’s also conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores. We especially appreciated the thoughtful little touches that made our stay feel extra special. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Divino lugar.

Todo estuvo muy bueno ,desde la comodidad del alojamiento, tiene todo ,no le falta nada. La vista al lago hermoso. Las camas super cómodas. Muy buen alojamiento.

El ascensor que se rompió seguido y tuvimos que bajar las maletas por las escaleras.

War sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet von Küchenutensilien, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine vorhanden . Direkt am Wasser , um die Ecke Restaurants und Eiscafé .

Dass es keine Terrasse/ Balkon gibt, aber wenn man es von vornherein weist dann ist es so . Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze vor der Haustür , man muss bisschen weiter daß Auto stehen lassen.

Perfect

Ruim appartement, fijne keuken, grote koelkast, oven, magnetron en werkelijk alles aanwezig. Bakpapier, vuilniszak, toiletpapier, enz enz. Zo ontzettend fijn, dat heb ik nog niet eerder gezien. Heel fijn dat het midden in Gravedona ligt. Als je buiten stapt meteen een ijssalon en bar. Ook een restaurant om de hoek. Een mini supermarkt op 5 minuten lopen. En ook de veerboot op 2 minuten lopen.

Soms was het parkeren wat lastig, met name in de avonden.

המיקום על שפת האגם בין הגלידריה המצויינת לפיצריה מעולה. הבית מרווח עם שני חדרי שינה, סלון ומטבח. האגם נראה דרך החלונות בסלון יש הכל, והכל חדיש ועובד. חלונות בתקרה בכל החדרים מכניסים הרבה אור ואוויר לדירה. המארחת אלה זמינה והתקשורת עמה נעימה

לא הסתדרנו עם המעלית כל כך מרפסת היתה יכולה להוסיף אבל לא הכרחי משום שהאגם במרחק צעדים ספורים מהדירה וכך גם בתי קפה וכו'

Bardzo ładne czyste i przestronne mieszkanie na poddaszu. Dobrze wyposazone we wszystko co potrzebne. Blisko jeziora wiodocznego z okien salonu. Niedaleko bezpłatny parking, Za rogiem najlepsze lody w okolicy. Blisko do przystanku promowego. Lokale gastronomiczne w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru.

Nie działała winda ale zostaliśmy o tym uprzedzeni przez Alessandre.

E' stata una piacevolissima scoperta, grazie Alessandra!!!

Una canzone recitava "dammi 3 parole" ecco Butterfly Home è: - Accogliente - Pulitissima - Spaziosissima E' come stare a casa? No, è molto meglio!!! Puoi godere della vista lago....è lì a 50mt, puoi quasi toccarlo. E dall'altra parte vedi le montagne, vieni pervaso da un senso di tranquillità, di relax, di pace che per chi come noi arriva dal ritmo frenetico della città, poter staccare la spina ogni tanto, non ha prezzo!!! Poi è spaziosissima, ho contato 6 posti letto, noi eravamo in 3 (una camera matrimoniale, una cameretta con 2 letti singoli, un divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno) più un lettino/culla da campeggio al bisogno. La cucina attrezzata di ogni elettrodomestico (Frigorifero con congelatore, Piano cottura, Microonde, Lavastoviglie, Macchinetta per il caffè con capsule di ogni tipo, Macchinetta per il caffè americano e bollitore per tisane/the/camomilla), c'è anche il seggiolone. Bagno completo di Lavabo, WC, Bidet, Doccia ampissima e Lavatrice, Phon e piastra per capelli. Gli asciugamani morbidissimi e le lenzuola nuove. L'appartamento è completamente climatizzato con impianto canalizzato e i velux sono motorizzati. Ah, c'è anche l'ascensore con accesso diretto in casa (tramite chiave) 🤩🤩🤩 Se consiglio Butterfly Home? ASSOLUTAMENTE SI !!!

L'endroit est magnifique, non seulement le village de Gravedona, mais aussi l'appartement qui est situé tout près du lac. La disponibilité, la réactivité et l'accueil d'Alessandra sont exceptionnels. Un superbe adresse. On y retournera certainement!

Notre séjour au lac de Côme fut beaucoup trop court.
