Muy cerca de la estación Santa Justa. Con zona de bares para desayuno, comidas y cenas con mucha variedad. Piso parcialmente reformado muy cómodo, con ascensor y sin ruidos. 2 baños completos, bañera y ducha.
El mando de la tele con pilas gastadas pero sin problema.
