It was central and convenient. Just at the edge of the old quarter and near a main road with very good circular buses to good locations to historical sites. This was a very good combination and convenient. The apartment was spacious in the lounge and dining/kitchen area. It was very quiet at night in the apartment. The lady who came with the entry code was pleasant and showed me around the apartment.

It was very difficult to obtain the entry codes. The telephone I rang given by One&Lux on Booking.com was answered by a man who was very difficult to understand either in Spanish or English. He sounded Chinese. He even said that I did not have the apartment reserved! After threatening that I would have to contact the police to solve the problem, he sent a woman with the entry code and she then had to get the apartment entry code from somebody else. All this was an awful situation and extremely stressful. I also found a cockroach in my bedroom and had to purchase protection insecticide. I took a photo of it. The kettle was also broken and I requested a replacement and I never received a reply.

On Booking.com, it says the apartment has safety box. There was none and was told we have to order in advance! This is an issue between the property and Bookings.com, should not penalise the guests. When the safety box finally arrived, we realised that if is just a small box and not fixed at the premises, so anyone can take it (even though it will make an alarm sound which will stop in 15 seconds). Therefore it is not safe. Even then, it did not work properly and they blamed us for not operating it correctly! They use AI in WhatsApp correspondence which they admitted had sent incorrect information! They do not consider a change of towels at least once for 7 nights stay; yes, you can request additional cleaning but it will mean more money The bathroom has no hangers for towels and the shower cabinet leaks water, but they will not change the bath mat …..
