朝食が美味しかった。

朝食会場が、隣のサウスタワーだったので、移動が面倒だった。

First, I was super satisfied with the young lady in the reception, even in the beginning there was a trival trouble for confirming my reservation due to their booking department mistaking my surname and given name. Quite impressive on her super patience and so nice introduction about their special kids-care service for family guest. Then their proactive supports for helping the guest find their way to local available tourist resouces really made me feel safe, reliable and comfortable in an unfamiliar city, which has been never happened in my travel life. Last but not least, the rich delicious breakfast feeds the various appetite and taste for the whole family, which always starts your day with a sunny mood. Thx again, the reception team 温德姆至尊酒店 西安!!

For future, it could be improved for their reservation platform, especially for the interface between hotel own system and internet booking platform, like Booking.com!
