Gran Meliá Xian

A wonderful experience, from start to finish. The staff eg Alvaro, Vicky, Paulina, Toby etc were so helpful and attentive. A first rate place to stay in Xi'An.

When we arrived there were strong smells of smoke in two of our three rooms, so much so that my daughter changed her room. The hotel is a no smoking hotel, and we did sign a no smoking pledge upon arrival, so the hotel is working hard to eradicate smoking on its premises. But China is the (smoking) chimney of the world so I guess some guests will smoke in their rooms, whatever the cost. We found the automatic lighting in the rooms annoying. When your partner goes to the toilet in the night, you don't want to be worken up by the lights being triggered.

Tout . Le personnel attentif, très à l écoute . Le responsable de l hôtel est très accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel !!

Struttura bellissima con colazione continentale molto buona e varia. Camera bellissima, nuova e spaziosa. Il bagno è bellissimo. La struttura offre molti servizi, tra cui ristoranti interni ottimi e servizio in camera con piatti abbondanti e molto buoni. Ci hanno fatto trovare anche un enorme piatto di frutta fresca, cioccolata e biscotti. Il mattino in cui non abbiamo potuto fare colazione, ci hanno preparato una colazione take away.

La piscina della struttura è molto bella, ma non adatta a rilassarsi, in quanto anti ci tengono corsi di nuoto.

Struttura molto grande con piscina e spa. Buona l’offerta dei ristoranti.
