The rooms were clean, private parking is a plus. Gated community. Good location. Friendly host.
No A/C control. A/C stopped working in the late evening leaving us in a room at 28º C. Couldn't get a hold of the host. Unfortunate event but harsh sleepless night.

The room was clean and spacious. You have a nice balcony and the bed was comfortable.
There is a kitchen, but really only for the owner to touch. We wanted to eat something there, but this was clearly not OK. Eventually we could it on our balcony. Also using a plate was not OK. Even when we offered to clean all of it ourselves. Also, there is a coffee machine, but you can't make coffee (even if you pay for it). The only place where it's kind of accepted to eat/drink something besides breakfast is on the balcony. We found the owner overprotective, also in his recommendations for travels (recommended taxi of friend, and strongly suggested not to walk or to take public transport). All of this gave us a weird feeling. The walk to the nearest metro is 20 minutes along a very busy road - small detail. The room was OK, but in the bathroom the rain shower didn't work.
