Pousada Ilha De Boipeba

Ótima localização, atendimento excelente.

A localizaçao da pousada é otima. Leandro nos recebeu super bem e foi muito gentil respondendo prontamente as mensagens. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito gostoso e variado. A única coisa é que o quarto era muito escuro. De resto tudo muito bom!

Equipe muito atenciosa. Quarto limpo e confortável. Café da manhã muito bom, com produtos de qualidade, apesar de poucas opções. Localização excelente.

Iluminação da rua entrava pela janela do quarto e atrapalhava para dormir. Tivemos de improvisar um black-out com nossas cangas. A pia do banheiro é muito pequena e , por isso, vazava água no chão, o que foi um pouco incômodo. No entanto, a equipe de limpeza nos atendeu prontamente para amenizar a situação. De maneira geral, gostamos da hospedagem e recomendamos a pousada.

Let's start with the staff: I didn't find the owner particularly friendly; in fact, I found him to be rude. He appeared to have an attitude when we requested additional juice for breakfast or when we indicated there were certain things we could not eat. In the reception area, there are brochures and guides about the history of Boipedba.. Nowhere does it indicate they are for sale. He came to our room in an accusatory fashion as if we stole the books; indicating they were for sale. It was very uncomfortable and it felt very discriminatory. Also reception was unavailable after 1900. If we needed assistance with anything there was no one to talk to. Breakfast: Was so so; too many carbs, breads, not enough fruits; no local banana de terra, Batata doce, or apim. He didn't offer us eggs for 2 days and as indicated we had almost beg for additional juice. Internet: Always crashing; it was very weak during the entire stay. Because the internet was constantly down there was no way to communicate with staff when we had issues. Overpriced: Staff made it seem like Pousada was almost completely booked up because of the time after carnival. We were the only couple at the pousada for 2 nights. If was definitely overpriced and not worth the money. Checkout: We asked for a late checkout (1 hour) and was refused unless we paid. We were told the room was required for a next guest, yet the Pousada was almost completely vacant during our stay. This is a place I wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend, especially to people of color. The overall experience made us feel uncomfortable and it felt as if we had been discriminated against.
