B&B Il Ritratto

We had a late check-in, but our host, Guido, made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. He also provided us with plenty of helpful tips about the Amalfi Coast, including transportation, great places to eat, and activities to do, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is conveniently located, just a 5–8 minute walk from the train station and about an 8–10 minute walk from the ferry port, making it an excellent base for exploring the area.

It turned out to be a great choice. The B&B is within a walking distance from both the railway station and the old town. The room is spacious and in excellent condition. Everything is thought over, all problems one usually encounters in hotels (not enough light, not enough hangers for towels, no place to hang the swimsuit etc) - these problems do not exists here, the owner took care of all visitors' needs. Cleanliness is perfect. The owner and the staff are friendly and helpful. It really like staying with friends.

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Il Ritratto. The location in Salerno is excellent, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore. The room was modern, very clean, well-appointed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, which was exactly what we needed after busy days of traveling. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!
