Location of the place is great! You need to climb a few stairs but it is normal there. The host is friendly and happy to serve.
Comfort of the beds and cleaning could be better.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Lesvos! Our host was a most friendly person, extremely helpful in any respect - he even went to the post office on his motorbike to inquire whether a letter that we have been waiting for has arrived (it hasn't). "If you need anything, just let me know" - that was his constant refrain.
The studio has a large terrace framed by several rose bushes and overlooking the sea and the town of Molivos/Mythimna, a wonderful view. We usually arranged our breakfasts there. The center of the town/village is less than 5 minutes walk along the street down the hillside, the beach - another 5 minutes walk. The town (or village) is one of the most beatiful ones on the island. Highly recommend!

A word of warning - Mythimna is located on a hillside, as many Lesvos villages are, so if you have problems going up (or down) about a hundred yards/metres, be prepared.
