Price quality! My family of 5 had a great weekend stay

Very Quiet place and quite antique design stone house with all necessary equipments present. The owners were very helpful and friendly:)

Great stay, everyone really liked it!

Quiet place, small village, green around, some walks around. Lovely old house with the small court. There was a fire place in the house, that was really cozy.

Quite some cars passing, so was a bit afraid for kids, but it was great that there was an internal court. There was only one toilet and on the ground floor that was a bit complicated with the kids, but doable.

Absolutely by far the most poor and inhospitable accommodation we have ever been.

Booked for 3 nights left after 1, dingy and dark accommodation, we didn't dare to sit on the furniture in the livingroom part. In the kitchen 3 fly traps full of flies and one of those fly electrocuting machines and then still having to swat the flies away from you. Really nothing at all about facilities, no standard made beds, no towels, not even a hand soap by the tap or anything. The only thing present, half a toilet roll. And warnings everywhere about if you break something they are forced to recover it. Absolutely by far the most poor and inhospitable accommodation we have ever been.

Quiet location and traditional house

The location is fantastic and you can have excellent walks and hikes in the nearby fields and forests, all with good signalisation. The cottage was spacious for 5 people and very warm. The area is tranquil. Wifi was working well, parking was fine, and privacy was guaranteed. It has a recently renovated and very spacious bathroom.

Although it was not a big problem for us as we stayed only one night, it would be nice to have the following in the cottage, or at least to notify the guests to bring their own: hand soap in the bathrooms, an extra roll of toilet paper, dish soap, maybe a little bit of oil and vinegar for cooking, some salt and pepper, some kitchen paper, coffee pads (as there is a machine, we would have brought ours but we did not know) and sugar. These would be nice additions to have and they do not cost a lot, but they can make all the difference :) Please also note that the toilet is only downstairs, and there is a new bathroom where you could put a second one to avoid going up and down at night. The beds were not super comfy but for one night it did not matter a lot.

Een heerlijk verblijf, met alles erop en eraan en met erg vriendelijke eigenaar.

De gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk. Het huisje had alle faciliteiten die we nodig hadden, zowel in de keuken als in de speelkamer. Onze kinderen hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt. En het huisje was erg mooi, autentiek en ook comfortabel (heerlijk warm ook). Verder was de locatie super. Vanaf de locatie zijn leuke uitstapjes te ondernemen.

Kan wel wat liefde gebruiken

Prima locatie en van buiten een leuke oude gite

De ontvangst door de dame was ongemakkelijk: ze stelde zich voor en beantwoordde mijn uitgestoken hand niet. Daarna werd het meer een ondervraging in het Frans. Het huisje is oud en dat geldt ook voor de meeste zaken in het interieur. Je betaalt flink bij voor een handdoek (EUR 3) en die blijkt nog flink te stinken. De bedden zijn oude houten ledikanten. Je slaapt in de vide en dat voelt niet heel prettig met al dat gekraak. Matrassen waren oud je slaapt als een hoepel. Douche had een erg slag straaltje. Het geheel kan gewoon een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Overigens : totaal ongeschikt voor meer dan 1 gezin met 1 klein kind (welke in het enge bedje in de hoek slaapt )

Super gezellig huis in een prachtige omgeving. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk, we voelden ons heel erg welkom! Wij z

Super gezellig huis waar wij het, met ons gezin, heel fijn hebben gehad. Er zijn voldoende spullen aanwezig in het huis er liggen zelfs spelletjes. Gelegen in een hele mooie omgeving waar genoeg te beleven valt. De eigenaars zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij voelden ons heel eeg welkom!

Voor ons was de bovenverdieping geen enkel probleem maar kan me voorstellen dat het met kleine kinderen iets lastiger is omdat de vloer heel gehorig is. Wij, als 4 volwassen, hadden hier geen last van omdat we allemaal op hetzelfde tijdstip gingen slapen en weer opstonden. Het hoort ook echt wel bij het karakter van het huis.

voor wie rust wil,zeer rustig gelegen

Bij aankomst een bus tegen de vliegen moeten gebruiken (stond klaar) en een 2é moeten bij aankopen,vliegen komen door de ernaast gelegen boerderij /boven geen wc in de badkamer en te ver om naar het toilet beneden te gaan/Zetels slecht helemaal doorgezakt doorzeten oud en versleten en er zat een geur aan /op tv veel storingen/ stoelen aan de living tafel hebben we moeten in elkaar duwen/Badkamer is goed maar douche cabine levensgevaarlijk GLAD

Op de foto’s prachtig, helaas valt de hele bovenverdieping erg tegen!

De keuken die was mooi ruim met een grote tafel in het midden!

Ten eerste leek het op de foto’s alsof er twee slaapkamers waren. Dat is niet het geval. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen en twee kinderen. Twee personen en een baby moesten op de overloop slapen. Daar zit geen deur of iets van privacy. Ook als iemand nog beneden is, kun je alles horen en het licht zien. De badkamer was heel ruim, maar de douche heel zwak. Ook moest je heel veel betalen voor beddengoed. Dat vonden wij ook erg jammer. Dat beddengoed niet inbegrepen is bij de prijs! De gastheer die het contact vooraf online prima onderhoudt, liet zich op locatie niet zien. Alleen zijn vrouw, die was wat koeltjes!

om één of andere reden heel veel vliegen in de keuken. er was wel een lamp geïnstalleerd hiervoor maar dit bracht niet veel oplossing

Fantastische plek, zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Prachtige ruimte, genoeg hangplekken voor gamende jongens. Lekker grote tafel om te eten of spelletjes te doen. Ruime keuken om uitgebreid te koken (hebben we niet gedaan). Behulpzame eigenaren met uitlenen van de bbq en toereiken van aluminium folie

Geen twee slaapkamers, 1 was in de open vide boven de kamer. Kon daardoor niet echt uitslapen maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken

Passable mais pas incroyable

- Bonne situation par rapport aux activités que nous voulions faire : Aller sur La Roche-en-Ardenne et sur Marche - Espace à l'intérieur en suffisance - Des randonnées aux alentours à faire - Un babyfoot et salle de jeux pour jouer avec des amis

- Pas de parking spécifique au gîte - Contact très/trop succinct avec les hôtes - Le gîte grince énormément dès que quelqu'un marche à l'étage, tout le monde peut se réveiller... - Pas de cloisons de séparation entre le rez-de-chaussée et les espaces dortoir à l'étage donc très contraignant pour avoir une partie du groupe qui continue de parler en bas et l'autre partie qui va dormir en haut. - Cloisons non insonorisées... On entendait fortement les gens qui jouaient au babyfoot depuis la chambre qui est juste au-dessus...
