About this apartment rental
It is a very bright apartment, near the sea, located in the capital of Arrecife, central to visit the island, with very close walks, overlooking the sea, almost always with very good temperatures, typical in Lanzarote, and with the opportunity to meet the people here, it's a 1st floor. on one floor with three independent bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with balcony to sit and take the sun, fully equipped kitchen. Nearby areas and km. to go scuba diving and everything related to the coast.-

Abdon and his wife could not have been more helpful... sending visit suggestions daily.
A nice sizeable apartment that was clean, comfortable and and very presentable. Located on the edge of Arrecife it was quiet but only a few minutes from Playa del Reducto beach which is really nice with excellent for swimming and sun bathing. The location of the apartment is close to bars and restaurants which are ideal for breakfast and evening meals plus the odd beer. It's around a 15 minute walk to the main shopping area and only another 5 minutes or so to some excellent restaurants in the edge of the small marina.
The main bus station is only 5-8 minutes walk so getting to other areas of Lanzarote is easy and inexpensive too, which is a real bonus.
I would happily stay at Abdon's apartment again and am looking forward to visiting again.

We really loved this appt. and will try to come back. Abdon, the owner, is very kind and helpful.
The appt. is perfectly equipped, many things (fridge, microwave, TV) were brand-new.
There was enough space for us all (2 adults+4kids).
Neighbourhood is totally quiet. A beautiful beach is just a 5 mins walk away. The kids loved it.

Abdon was a very helpful and friendly host. The apartment is in a good location close to all the things you would need . It was very clean when we arrived and the wifi was also very good.
Would certainly recommend staying here
