El trato del anfitrión,me colmaba de atenciones.Lo recomiendo al 100 x 100.Muchas gracias.

The host was easy to reach and communicate with. The apartment was clean. The location was good. Aldi is close and the neighbourhood clean and quiet. The host also send us daily recommendations for places to visit, eat etc. The apartment is nice and we had everything we really needed.

The balcony was smaller than expected so you can't sit there or put the washing stand out (but there is a roof terrace). The neighbours were quiet but the bedroom windows are towards a yard so other neighbours windows were extremely close (and obvs also open) so you could just hear them (but they weren't loud as such). The bedrooms have no air-conditioning, only the living room. And the sofa bed is doable but not very comfortable so more like a back up option. The kitchen could have had some more bits in it like kitchen roll, additional bin bags and kitchen towels etc and a new pan. Just worth mentioning as well if you haven't visited the island that the tap water there is not safe to drink. The host provided 1 bottle of water but it may be worth putting a little sign up.

El alojamiento perfecto

Sehr netter Kontakt, Vermieter sehr bemüht, Lage Nähe zur Stadt, Strand, WLAN u TV funktioniert super, modern eingerichtet, Wasser u Tee sowie Kaffee standen bereit

Die guten Bewertungen bzgl Sauberkeit, kann ich leider nicht bestätigen bei Ankunft waren im Bett u im Kasten noch Haare der Vorgänger, Backofen war schmutzig, Geschirr teilweise auch. Im Bad gibt es etwas Schimmel, der scheinbar schon etwas behandelt wurde. Vermieter war sehr nett u hat am nächsten Tag abends jemand zum putzen geschickt, es sei wegen Feiertagen nicht so gründlich geputzt worden, die Nachbarn sind nett aber sehr laut, Musik teilweise bis in die späten Nachtstunden, im Treppenhaus funktionierte das Licht nicht u Parkplatz vorm Haus war auch keiner frei, es war sehr umständlich mit dem Gepäck. In der Küche gab es weder Salz, noch Öl, Backpapier oder Geschirrtücher, es war nur spartanisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten nur 3 Tage u diese waren durch diese Umstände leider doch etwas getrübt. Definitiv würde abraten dort zu den Feiertagen buchen.
