ZENTRUM Hotel

There was a very kind and present energy with all the staff. I felt really safe and "at home". Very cozy inside and outside the hotel. Very clean. Large room and super comfortable bed. There was a nice duvet in the closet, which I used. Loved the decoration if the rooms, halls etc. Located in a very nice neighborhood, where I felt absolutely safe walking alone in the evening. By the way, the bistro "Gastrobar" 5 min. walk from the hotel serves excellent food and good wine "down to earth" vibe.

The curtains actually let in a lot of light in the morning. I like, that I can make the room very dark at night.

Very central location — everything was within walking distance. The room was quite spacious, and there was a complimentary bottle of water waiting for me. The staff were polite and friendly throughout my stay.

The decoration and furniture are pretty basic. Breakfast is fine but lacks variety. The listing states there's no parking, which is a downside if you're arriving by car — though there were cars parked in the courtyard, so it may be possible in practice (it might be a shared courtyard, so worth checking with the hotel beforehand). Also, no mosquito nets on the windows, which is a shame — the courtyard is quiet and it would have been lovely to sleep with the window open.

Zentrum is the next level of hospitality, from reception to cleaning to restaurant/breakfast, the entire staff is exemplary. Everyone is willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The location, the services offered, the accomodation itself, everything was great.

Room is huge for a solo traveller. Its an apartment with washing machine, kitchen , sink. Breakfast was great! Lots of options.

I bit far from old town. 10-15 minutes walk. Staff not too pleasant. Need to SMILE more.
