9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The location was great. The neighborhood was a study in contrasts: next door is a building with a collapsed roof. Other close-by buildings were in great shape. The concert hall was three blocks away. Several large, clean, and beautiful parks were also several blocks away.
I think that the hotel has a water softener system. But, at one point, the water came out white, fizzy, and salty. It cleared up eventually. The front desk staff did not speak English to any extent and there was no tourist literature or maps of the City.

Good location, spacious room, helpful staff
No kettle or coffee machine in the room Very thin walls which is a problem if you're want quietness The staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming They were very helpful with everything i needed, but it was virtually impossible to get a smile or greet from them

Clean bed set. Foul smell in lavatory.
No breakfast. Marlene cocktail bar right next to the hotel we're having private event up to 01:00 am. Loud music. No chance for good sleep. No chance to make tea or coffee in your room, only go down to reception. Overpriced for provided services.
