Perfect stay in Korcula!

Very easy checkin. Free & close parking was a bonus! The studio was very new and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed and it was walking distance to town and the waterfront. Our host was extremely welcoming with a gift of delicious traditional liqueur and he was prompt responding to our communication. He also provided recommendations on restaurants, bars and things to do in Korcula.

Lovely apartment close to Korcula Old Town

Great location just 5 mins walk from the old town and ferry port, right across the road from a couple of beautiful swimming spots. Good communication from the owner. The studio was well furnished with everything needed for a few days stay. Great powerful shower.

The walls were a little thin and I could hear everything from the people in the next room. It only affected me on one night when they came back especially late.

Ideally located for a few days on Korcula

Great location with lovely clear water to swim in just down some steps. It was small but ideal for a couple of days. Filip was very helpful and provided lots of information about what to see and do.

There was no way to make coffee even though there was coffee there. A coffee machine or percolator would have been helpful.

The location of the property is superb. Minutes away from the town with a beach access across the street. Parking situation is not ideal but it is free, and located a few minute drive with a stunning view of Korčula town. The manager, Filip, was excellent — responsive, helpful, and quick to act on any requests.

Unfortunately, the apartment itself fell well short of that standard. It hadn’t seen a deep clean in quite some time (the ceiling light fixture contained numerous bugs), the mattress was so heavily indented, it felt like sleeping in a hammock, and the décor was worn and outdated. The entrance door looked like it had been borrowed from an old smokehouse, letting in so much light each morning that sleeping in — or having real privacy — was impossible. Towels were scarce and rough in texture, meaning daily requests were necessary. The shower drain repeatedly clogged, and the doors required careful handling to keep them from coming off track. The kitchen utensils and cookware had sticky residue from previous use, making them unpleasant to work with. To make matters worse, we kept waking up with new bites — definitely not from the abundant mosquitoes, but something apparently more creative.

Lovely location, beautiful sea view terrace. Shame about the bathroom.

The location right on the sea front was fantastic! We could cross the road and be in the water, perfect. It was a 5 minute walk to the centre of the town so we had everything on our doorstep. Our apartment had a private terrace overlooking the sea which was fabulous, we spent so many hours there. Gorgeous view.

The bathroom -it was tiny. A shower cubicle and toilet built under the stairs. Very old fashioned and barely any room to sit on the toilet or climb in and out of the shower. The shower itself had to be held in your hand. It smelt very damp and musty and wasn’t pleasant. The toilet seat also broke while we were there. It was a shame because the bathroom ruined the apartment. The kitchen could do with a microwave and a cafetière or something similar to make coffee. My 20 year old and 18 year old were staying in another of these apartments which was more modern and clearly had a modern bathroom, we ended up using theirs. Thee was still a damp smell though and I think the apartments although equipped with air con probably needed more natural ventilation.

Great location

Location is wonderful, close to old town and nice scenery. Host is pleasant and willing to assist.

Bathroom fan is too loud. I was under the impression that there is balcony or at least private patio but thats not the case. Balcony doors could work better. Poor insulation, you can hear your neighbors so we have no sleep due to noise.

A great little studio in heaven

The beaches outside the apartment are perfect, korcula itself is wonderful. This studio was perfect for a week of relaxation and study, a small kitchenette to cook sometimes and a 10 minute walk from all the main restaurants for other evenings. The shower was amazing, shame the washing machine wasn't working though!

Careful when you open the door to the terrace as you're letting in mosquitoes!

Excellent location - couple of minutes away from the city centre and beaches just across the street. The host was very nice and the apartment was sweet. Lovely terrace too, but don't forget to buy a moskito repellent!

Spoiled vacation by false advertisement.

Location is good, short walk to downtown. View from balcony is good. Size of apartment is good.

They sent email to pick up key on another side of town. Nobody was there, so we have to ask local person to call agent , who eventually brought us a key. Our intention was to view games of Euro 2021 in the evening. Owner cut the cable, no TV! We told agent about this and he promised owner will fix it or give us one night discount. Nothing of this happened. We had to go to the bars and buy drinks and food in order to watch games. And I am allergic to cigarette smoke in the bar, so I had a headache every evening. Spoiled vacations! Korcula was full of empty apartments at the moment, but we had a bad luck to get this one. Also bathroom is very small, almost impossible to use. No microwave in the kitchen.

Best view of Korcula

The location was exceptional. We were very indecisive about whether to stay in Old Town for the vibe or to go for the view of Old Town. So glad we decided on Posejdon. Just a quick walk into Old Town, the views were priceless and the little beach across the road was just the best!

The aircon was temperature controlled and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it down.

Nice location close to old town

The location was excellent. Short walk to town and there was a beautiful area across from the apartment where you could swim. The patio was really nice and the kitchen and living room were nice.

The bathroom was very small and the smell was terrible. It smelled like a sewer and was very strong. It badly needs an upgrade. We were lucky that the upstairs was not rented and we were able to use the upstairs bathroom. This apartment could be really fantastic if the bathroom was upgraded but as is it is just ok-good.

Large rooms and a good location just a short walk from Korcula old town and the ferry terminal

Wifi wasn't available inside our room. When we questioned this, we were told that wifi was only available in the main building (which our room was not located in), and that we could try to gain access by standing right by the window, or outside of our room. This did work, but was quite annoying.

Great location, disappointing room.

Location was great, loved being out of old town, and overlooking ocean.

The rooms were quite claustrophobic, and found the bathroom was in need of a really good clean. The shower sprayed all over bathroom, which left floor constantly wet. Quite noisy neighbours at all hours, felt like they were in my room talking.

Lo mejor es su ubicación

Lo mejor del apartamento es su ubicación !!! Delante del apartamento tienes una cala perfecta para bañarse. A 10 minutos andando del centro de korcula. Filip majisimo nos recibió y nos comentó un montón de sitios. Baño reformado. Smart TV. No se puede aparcar delante del apartamento pero hay sitios cerca gratis.

Cocina muy pequeña pero correcta . El apartamento es un bajo y la ventana es zona de paso de otros vecinos .

La amabilidad del anfitrión. El detalle que tuvo de dejarnos para probar unos licores típicos de la isla, también el explicarnos restaurantes, playas etc de la zona. La habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario, muy limpio y cama muy cómoda.

Por decir algo no tienen parking privado tienes que ir aparcar el coche a 6-8 min del apartamento.

Parkirišča ob apartmaju ni, avto pustiš ob robu ceste samo toliko, da znosiš prtljago v apartma, nato parkiraš na brezplačnem parkirišču nad mestom in greš do apartmaja po stopnicah. Pogrešala sem senco na plaži.
