It is very quiet part of the city. Cosy and clean appartment looking like on the photos. There is a kitchen with dishes, cutlery, microwave, cooker and fridge. The bed was comfortable. I spent 2 nights there.
It was a bit noisily in one evening when some guests had a kind of party, and in the morning when they, probably, moved out. I wish the host could stop them. Besides, that morning the kitchen was very durty.

good location, away from the noise yet close to the city attractions ( Skansen and Botanic Garden within walking distance ( 20-25min walk)) , staff on site always present and somewhere in the background, felt very safe, had no concerns about property left in the room and the local area is very good. Had the room with the ensuite bathroom - room ok, very small and the beds could be better. I was missing shelves but tbh, overall it wasn't bad. The bathroom is nice.
Wifi patchy sometimes, bathroom window screwed shut, not the best beds - two separate singles with hard frame placed next to each other ( although I ,must admit I slept well )

The owner is super nice. The location is good - quiet neighbourhood, 15 minutes by car to the old town. Everything was clean. You can park your car in the closed backyard.
The mattresses should have been replaced a while ago - we had horrible back aches the next day. The walls are thin and we could easily hear other people talking in the corridor. The upper kitchen is very small and some cabinets (drawers) were hard to open.
