Welcoming host

Lovely host. She stayed up late to check us in due to a delayed bus arrival. The apartment was perfect. We could see Mont Blanc from our windows. The apartment was clean, warm and comfortable. The wifi was strong, hot water with strong pressure. Kitchen was well equipped.

An enjoyable apartment

A spacious bedroom + kitchen apartment with an okay location, but well equipped. The owner is next door, but we didn't need to ask her for anything. There's a Carrefour fifty metres away. Mountain views.

Facing west. No screens or shutters. Not ideal in a summer heatwave.

Very disappointing!

The lift, the tiny balcony!

This apartment, whilst clean, is not really as attractive as it sounds. apart from the aggressive demand for cash on arrival (it was partly our fault that we had not fully appreciated that this was cash only). this apartment is incredibly hard to find, no signage on apartment entrance, it took us an hour to go from shop to a local real estate agent who happened to know that this Arc en Ciel existed. So only ability to contact via phone was extremely difficult as no English spoken, I can’t see where that was mentioned. Parking is not only non-existent but no clear details were given about the fact that the location is actually on a very busy roundabout, very difficult to stop and drop of bags and luggage etc. China and cutlery and equipment was not clean and had clearly not been checked after previous guests. There is no kettle. this property is definitely more suited to AirBNB than Booking.com as it is not up to the usual standard that Booking.com claims to uphold. Advice - this property needs to be seriously looked at in terms of its offerings. in particular, an effort should be made to have standard Italian responses translated in to English, as it is being offered on an English language website. Notices within the apartment should be in English, this is not rocket science since there are so many online translators available...

Very convenient, comfortable and clean, and our hostess was very friendly.

Facilities suited our needs for a quick stop over. We didn’t want to go out to eat and the kitchen served our self-catering needs nicely.

Was a bit concerned about parking but turned out okay.

La posizione vicino al centro e alla funivia per Pila, con parcheggio gratuito e comodo nelle vicinanze.

L'appartamento era pulito ma consigliamo una pulizia più accurata soprattutto in camera. Un valore aggiunto sarebbe qualche appendino da muro in più in casa.

La proprietaria è stata disponibile ad aggiungere un lettino per mia figlia e ci ha atteso nel tardo pomeriggio per il check-in. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Gli spazi sono adeguati. La pulizia è ottima. Parcheggio trovato con facilità. Appartamento vicinissimo ad un supermercato.

Ottima posizione, comodissima a tutti i servizi necessari e per visitare la città. È perfetta per chi, come noi, sceglie di spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici, dato che si trova a 10min a piedi dall'autostazione e dalla stazione ferroviaria. Casa essenziale e con tutti i comfort.

L'unico metodo di pagamento accettato sono i contanti.

Il migliore di Aosta, hai tutto al prezzo più basso

Vale di più di quanto paghi. La padrona giusto a fianco, risponde al telefono, è gentile e efficace, anche simpatica. La casa è ben attrezzata, con accuratezza, ci sono anche piccole cose che servono già disponibili, come caffè e zucchero, detersivo e simili. In un momento si è a piedi al centro pedonale cittadino ed ai supermercati più grandi. Anche a piedi. E si trova parcheggio

La sera si sente l'odore della cucina del ristorante 4 piani sotto, non è colpa della proprietà ma se non ci fosse sarebbe più gradevole lasciare le finestre aperte la notte.

Muy buena comunicacion con la duena. Pudimos hacer check in antes del horario indicado. El departamento esta muy bien y cerca del centro y de la estacion de tren. Tiene todo para una estancia confortable. Recomendado

Vacanza in famiglia

L'appartamento si trova molto vicino al centro storico raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. Vi è un ristorante/pizzeria sotto casa e un market dall'altra parte della strada. La culla del bambino era in ottime condizioni, comoda e pulita così come lenzuola e asciugamani. Proprietari veramente disponibili e gentili. Nonostante un piccolo disguido non ci hanno chiesto nessun rimborso.

Molti parcheggi nei dintorni sono a pagamento e spesso non c'è posto, bisogna essere fortunati ma si trova. L'appartamento è un po' datato, arredamento compreso, ma è comunque tenuto bene.

Host cortese e disponibile, alloggio comodissimo al centro di Aosta e, in generale, pulito e confortevole. Ma con alcune pecche......

I telai delle finestre eccessivamente sporchi. Molti dettagli erano coperti di polvere. Tipo la testiera del letto, il supporto del Phon, i caloriferi, sopra ed i bordi dello specchio in bagno ed ogni presa elettrica ed interruttore, .........Calcare incrostato nello scolapiatti e delle briciole nel frigo. Forse per alcuni sono dettagli insignificanti, non per me.......Scomoda la mancanza di punti luce in camera per poter leggere.
