We make deal for ride to apartment to airport with person who give a keys and we waited early and he didn't come , and taxi number didn't work. Have to wiew taxi about hour with kids near of road , almost missed our flight. That's not good service. Got sorry for that. People do mistake, life goes on.

Great apartment just on the outskirts of Mlini spacious rooms with private parking very safe and great value for money Views were stunning 😍

My wife has issues with her knees so the walk up the hills and steps were a issue for her didn't bother me I actually enjoyed it

Nice location. Nice pool. Nice owners.

Not as clean as expected. Broken sun loungers. Noisy at night. Was told there would be transfer to airport included in the price but wasnt offered. Advertising photos did not reflect the true quality of the property.

Definitely needed to be cleaned. Maintenance an issue. Pool was green with algae chemical added but that pushed the algae to bottom and sides of pool. Owner operators off site and need to manage the property.

Для проживання було все що потрібно. Пральна машина, посудомийка все працювало і були капсули. Для приготування їжі також всього було вдосталь. В кімнатах було чисто, в попередніх коментарях читала, що жорсткий матрац, але нам якраз було добре. В чоловіка проблеми зі хребтом то він навпаки зранку коли прокидався не відчував дискомфорту. Шлях до моря так це трішки не просто, але нам з дітьми це була як частина пригод у цій відпустці.

Мені на кухні бракувало вікна, щоб коли готуєш відкрити. Але є витяжка то зрештою як для відпустки можна перетерпіти.

Las toallas viejas y no estaban preparadas Todo bastante usado y sensación de sucio incluida la piscina que no es privada Booking no nos dijo en la descripción que estaba gestionado por un particular , sino no hubiéramos ido

Ми відпочивали тиждень, і нам дуже сподобалися краєвиди, які відкривалися з тераси нашого житла. Це неймовірно. Зручно, що є басейн (на дві вілли, але це не приносило ніякого дискомфорту), лежаки, гриль зона і зона для харчування на вулиці. Помешкання було чисте, є необхідний посуд (каструлі, сковорідка, тарілки, столові прибори, чайник і т.д). Кондиціонер знаходиться в зоні вітальні з кухнею. Власник дуже привітний і гостинний. Нам дозволили виїхати на 2 години пізніше, щоб ми не чекали довго на рейс. Автобусна зупинка знаходиться в 5 хвилинах від вілли. До Дубровника ходить кожні 30хв автобус номер 10. Коштує 3€. Море неймовірне, чисте. Пляжі галькові і скалисті, купуйте обов'язково взуття для плавання. Є багато розваг: каяки, екскурсії, катамарани, гідроцикли, сапи. Від 15€.

Не скажу, що є якісь великі мінуси, але: Враховуйте, що великі супермаркети (кауфланд, лідл) знаходяться далеко. Ми йшли 1 год 15 хв пішки під гору. Маленькі магазинчики в 20 хвилинах пішки. До моря 15 хвилин по сходах (це 239 сходинок вниз). Але є багато пляжів вздовж набережної. Також є торгівельний центр Концум. Близько 40хв пішки від будинку. Тепер до цін: Хорватія не бюджетна країна: рушники для пляжу коштують 15-25€ за штуку на набережній. Рекомендую сходити в Jysk. Там можна купити дешевше. В закладах обід від 15-20€ за страву. Лежак на день на пляжі від 10€.

Netter Aufenthalt in Privater Atmosphäre.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, allerdings nur wenn man motorisiert ist! Eigentlich mietet man ein kleines Häuschen in der Bucht von Mlini an der „Hauptstraße“ mit einem recht guten Blick über die Bucht wenn man auf der Terrasse steht. Interessanterweise hört man die Hauptstraße in der Nacht nicht.

Die Sauberkeit, speziell im Badezimmer, Bartstoppel vom Vor-Mieter im/am Waschbecken und sogar im Alibert (Spiegelschrank). Die Duschkabine sowie die Armaturen recht verkalkt und zum Teil defekt.

Schön für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Es gab einen schönen Pool, ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, einen großen Esstisch und insgesamt viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Einen Parkplatz gibt es auch. Restaurants sind in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der Lage an einer großen Hauptstraße ist es nicht zu laut, vor allem nachts war es sehr ruhig. Schöner Ausblick von der Dachterrasse.

Es hätte hier und da sauberer sein können. Hinter den Türen Staubansammlungen, lange schwarze Haare in der Dusche.
