La Posá

El trato del personal, que ha sido amable y cercano. El check-in fue muy fácil y fue un detalle encontrar el aire encendido y las toallas preparadas a nuestra llegada. También resulta muy cómodo tener la cafetería-restaurante en la planta baja, y la comida está buena, y las chicas que nos atendieron fueron muy atentas.

La cama nos ha parecido un poco pequeña para dos personas y no hemos podido descansar del todo bien. También se escuchan algunos ruidos de las habitaciones de al lado y la conexión wifi es un poco lenta. El baño tenía un olor algo fuerte, manteniendo la puerta cerrada se nota mucho menos. El váter está un poco suelto.

Colchón blando. No estaba incluido el desayuno. No apto para personas discapacitadas. No hay ascensor.

On arrival Christmas eve the bar closed shortley after my arrival at .5.30 and when I asked if the restaurant would open in the evening I was told no and the bar was closed as well I was given the impression that the bar and restaurant would be closed on Christmas day as well which proved to be wrong. I was looking forward to eating there on Christmas eve but not to be and I foundf no other bars or restaurants open in the town either., What does the hotel expect its guests to do for food? the rest of my dtay was good except the single beds were somewhat narrow and my dog took most of it so I was very uncomfortable clinging on trying not to fall out. any other time my dog preferes to sleep in the shower tray, not the hotels fault I know. the shower was another bone of contention in as much as there was nothing to stop the water from running out of the back of the shower onto the bathroom floor making the tiles dangerously slippery and I nearly slipped over as a result. i had to put a towel onto the floor so I would not fall down . this situation needs to be seriously redressed. I feel bad having togive my favourite Hotel a negative review as I have had 3 previously excellent stays here and I will be back at some stage
