Beautiful little property in a lovely location. Host was super nice and made us feel very welcome. The house is just beyond expectation. The host has good sense of design with high quality newly furnished interiors. Bed is very comfortable. Overall, great value of money and wish to stay longer.

The basin is tiny. Wifi is too weak in the bedroom and there is no service if not using wifi. So basically you can hardly use internet on the bed, that's the only drawback.

There was plenty of food for breakfast, You are in easy walking distance to West Beach. We were only there one night but there is a pub a few hundred yards from the apartment which is very clean and comfortable.

On a personal note we missed having curtains as the blinds let in the early morning light. Bikes are no longer available although the host did tell us where we were able to hire them from in Lossiemouth. Good selection of breakfast items but no fresh fruit.

Would stay again.

Very easy to find. Friendly welcome on arrival and shown around the accommodation, Parking on property. For us (three sisters) a sufficient breakfast provided for our stay. ( bread, butter, jam, croissants, eggs, cereal, yogurt, milk, fruit juice) Tea & coffee also provided. Separate toilet and nice big shower area not cramped like some places. Short walk to the beach.

Its not that we didn't like it. There is no door into the bedroom. The sitting area has a very comfy sofa bed, so, if like our stay anyone in the sitting room can hear people in the bedroom. As i said we were sisters so not a problem.

Very good overall, the host was nice even though we came late and didn't tell in advance about it. The apartment is good and clean.

1. There was no shampoo and shower gel, that was unexpected. (We didn't notice it first and then decided not to ask the host because it was too late, probably he could provide it). 2. It was said "wonderful breakfast" on Booking, but there was just bread, some cereals, joghurts, eggs and jams (we needed to cook ourselves).

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Place was spotlessly clean. Beautiful taste in decoration was an added bonus. Also a nice touch was the breakfast stuff available. Overall a lovely small apartment, I would highly recommend.

Owner of the property met met at the door and showed me round. He could not have been nicer. He explained where everything was and how things work. Place was very clean and very well presented. This is a tastefully decorated, comfortable apartment. It contained everything we needed for our stay, including a good selection of breakfast items, fresh milk, bread, butter, fruit etc. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. Off road parking is useful and there was a good wifi connection. The owner, John, was welcoming and very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is directly across the road from a path leading to the golf course and beach, and was a short walk to the centre of town and harbour area.

We stayed a single night in the Annex and could not have been happier. For the money the apartment was ridiculously good value, with a little bit of everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean, modern, in great condition throughout, the Annex delivered on all fronts. The off street parking was a nice bonus as well. With a small kitchen, fridge and being firmly in the heart of Lossie this place offers a multitude of options. The breakfast elements supplied within the apartment were a super nice touch and very welcome. Anne and John were friendly, welcoming, and helpful in making our stay a great success. I would most definitely recommend the Annex to friends and will undoubtedly stay again, thank you!

Superb accommodation with friendly host : a must stay choice

if we could rate this stay 11/10 we would. We had a lovely welcome from Anne who had also provided so much food for us to enjoy. The standard of the annex is exceptional. it is beautifully decorated and spacious. The bed was so comfortable we slept so well. Parking is on the property and easily found. The kitchen is fantastic with high quality fittings and very modern and spacious. It’s an easy walk to the beach which gives you a lovely walk. If you are planning to be close by make sure you stay there. We will be back

Breakfast was adequate, but could have done with more milk, choice of foods was good.. furnishings were lovely and plenty dishes etc. bread for toast but no butter or marmalade, overall first class accommodation.

As we were there mid summer, it was daylight by 4.30 am and only a blind on bedroom window, I would have liked a curtain on window to block out light.
