Everything about the property exceeded our expectations and we'll repeat next year.

The property sits on an elevated position immediately over a golf course with uninterrupted views across the Moray Firth, in other words perfectly appointed. The facilities provided in the kitchen and the two bathrooms were much above average as were the decor, furnishings and provision of Wi-Fi and internet television in both bedrooms and the lounge. This is a very h-spec property making a stay there for any length of time an absolute pleasure.

Cliffside was a wonderful base to explore the Moray area and coast.

We loved the proximity to the coast and access to the beaches and walks.

Luxurious apartment, lovely stay

The apartment is finished and furnished to an exceptionally high and tasteful standard. Even the crockery is beautiful! Big rooms - lots of living space and in one bedroom in particular. Great view of golf course and sea as you walk down the path and from table at the end of it Great shower and comfortable beds Friendly, engaged and informative hosts. TVs in both bedrooms as well as living space. Didn't use cooking facilities but very well equipped.

Absolutely perfect

We absolutely loved this property. It was close to everything. Morning walks on the beach were splendid. Reading whilst watching the golfers (with a glass wine) so relaxing! It is so clean and comfortable. Everything one could possible need is there.

Exceptional family break in lovely surroundings.

Location lovely. Great base for exploring which we did lots of daily Nice to have a place to sit outside and get sea view. Lovely furnishings and kitchen appliances top notch.

Nothing except maybe would have been nice to have sea view inside other than on upstairs landing as weather not always good enough to sit outside but we did choose to come in March to avoid crowds.

Amazing property and host!

Having worked in the area on-and-off for the best part of 2 years, I feel I have stayed in nearly every property Lossiemouth has to offer. However, I had never had the opportunity to stay in Cliffside, until now. What a gem of a place. Perfect in every way. Great location, immaculate, well equipped, comfortable. A ideal property. Chloe, the host, is attentive and welcoming. The place has been decorated and equipped to a high standard and it is so comfortable and warm. It has adequate, convenient parking, also. I am gutted that my time working in the area is coming to an end soon. I wish I’d had the opportunity to stay here more! Without doubt the best place to stay in Moray

Wonderful!

We loved everything about our stay at Cliffside. The house is simply stunning, the furnishings are amazing and it’s fully equipped to a very high standard. Chloe was a perfect host and was on hand if you needed anything. We travelled as two couples going up to visit friends in Lossiemouth and all of us were blown away by our stay there. I loved being able to sit on the bench in the garden having a coffee in the morning watching the golfers and the sea, it’s located in a wonderful place.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we had to leave!

Perfect holiday apartment in a beautiful location!

The apartment is very clean, modern, comfortable and equipped with everything required for a perfect holiday! It is in a good location in Lossiemouth with fantastic views of the West Beach and perfect for the golf course. Chloe showed us all around the apartment and welcomed us with homemade cake, coffee pods etc. We would highly recommend this excellent apartment.

Cliffside, Lossiemouth

The property was superbly equipped. It is decorated and furnished to a high standard. The beds were comfy and the showers were very good. A bottle of Prosecco and a good supply of coffee pods were a nice touch. I have no reservations in recommending this accommodation.

A minor point was that the metal gate at the entrance needed attached securely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were made to feel very welcome by Chloe and Robert.

I liked how private and self contained it was, despite being adjacent to the main house. The house has been decorated to an exceptional standard and we were extremely comfortable during our stay.

Despite being situated overlooking the golf course and the west beach there are no direct views from the house, though there is a nice view from the seating area outside.

Happy days.

Absolutely everything else. We will return in the future the property is extremely well designed and it is exceptionally comfortable. All amenities covered and host Chloe was accommodating and thoughtful. Welcome pack was a beautiful touch and was thoroughly enjoyed.

The potato peeler was abit useless and was discussed with the lovely owner. The only other thing was we were under the impression there was secure parking, that was not the case, it was on road parking.

Cliffside

Just spent 5 nights at Cliffside, absolutely fantastic property, apartment was completely spotless and beautiful inside. On arrival a gorgeous homemade chocolate cake greeted us which was such a treat! The views across the golf course out to sea were sensational.We will definitely return! Lots to do in the Lossiemouth area and my children loved exploring.

Fantastic stay in an exceptional beachside holiday apartment

I was absolutely delighted with the standard of accommodation at Cliffside as it was very comfortable, really well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was an ideal base to explore the local area and direct access to the beach was fabulous. The owners were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations for activities and restaurants.
