Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem - instrukcje dotarcia jasne i klarowne. Apartament blisko zejścia na plażę, oddzielony od części nadmorskiej miasta torami kolejowymi. Z jednej strony uwalnia od turystycznego zgiełku, z drugiej - jeżdżące w ciągu dnia pociągi są dość mocno słyszalne (w nocy nie jeżdżą). Mieszkanie bardzo czyste. Kuchnia i łazienka wyglądają na niedawno odremontowane. W mieszkaniu znajduje się leżak plażowy oraz parawan, a także wszystkie wymienione udogodnienia.
Jedna z sypialni (z dwoma dwuosobowymi łóżkami) jest przechodnia, co nie jest ujęte w ogłoszeniu i dla niektórych może stanowić problem. Mieszkanie ogólnie na zdjęciach wygląda lepiej niż w rzeczywistości. Jest OK, ale zwłaszcza kwestia trzeciej sypialni dość mocno rzutowała na ocenę apartamentu.
