Pobyt na ogromny plus+ Z chęcią zatrzymałbym się tam ponownie.
Świetna lokalizacja, miejsce w parkingu podziemnym, blisko do głównego deptaka oraz plaży.
Niektóre elementy budynku wamagają remontu, cierpi na tym ogólna estetyka obiektu.

Wszędzie stosunkowo bilsko, ale trudno wypocząć.
Układ mieszkania dobry, łóżka twarde, ale wygodne, garaż podziemny, blisko stacji PKP i plaż.
Hałas od drogi i z otoczenia - lokale, dużo hałaśliwych turystów. Właściciel mało pomocny. Wyposażenie mieszkania sprawia wrażenie taniości.

Godny polecania apartament w optymalnej lokalizacji.
Lokalizacja optymalna - 15 minut spacerkiem na plażę to rzut beretem. Duża powierzchnia apartamentu i 2 sypialnie to bez wątpienia duże zalety. Na wyposażeniu jest absolutnie wszystko co może się przydać, nawet parawan na plażę. Inne zalety to podziemny parking (darmowy), ogromny balkon i klimatyzacja, chociaż okna od wschodu sprawiają że mieszkanie nie nagrzewa się praktycznie wcale. Niespodzianką było łóżeczko piętrowe w sypialni, dzięki czemu nie było potrzeby wykorzystywać kanapy w salonie (rodzina 2+3).
