A great apartment in a convenient location. Good for a city stay. You feel like at home if you prefer the non-hotel environment. The property is not brand new, but it has everything you need for a comfy stay! 👍

The location of a rubbish bin in the building is not super clear. But this is minor and you can ask the security where the location is.

The keys collection procedure was good and the lady (Nicolas) who check us in was lovely. However that’s where all the good things end!

Where do I start? The flat was very very hot. There was only one air conditioning system in the living room but even that was not working properly and it flooded the room after few hours as all the water drips into a gallon and when it’s full the air conditioning system floods the living room! I called the manager and he completely minimise the issue! There are 2 bedrooms and we were given 2 fans. One didn’t work at all and the other hardly made any difference to the extremely hot bedroom. It was extremely hard to sleep on every single night. Please note there’s only one shower room in the flat and it’s in one of the bedrooms! Then on our 2nd day we were abruptly woken up early morning by 3 maintainance guys who have arrived with a lot of equipment to do a full maintenance of the flat! We were asked to give them access straight away which I refused as I had my kids sleeping and also we were never informed about this inconvenience! I called the manager (Italian guy) and his response was shocking! He completely ignore how much of an inconvenience that was and said to just wake up the children and put them somewhere else! He then lied that it was a 30 minutes job. It was actually confirmed by the maintenance workers that it was at least a 4 hours job and they would need access to all the rooms! How could the agency/owner let out a holiday apartment to anyone when they have a job of that scale to be done and when told that was unacceptable he insisted we had to let the workers do the job! How appalling! The issues didn’t end there. The 3rd morning we had another knock on the down to wake us all up. It was the people downstairs who came to complain that the water from the air conditioning was flooding into his balcony! This place is awful! And the Italian guy who manages or owns it is inhuman and rude! Don’t book this place if you want a relaxing comfortable holidays.
