July and August is only available for 7 consecutive days (one week), entering on Saturdays after 4:00 p.m., and leaving the villa before 11:00 a.m.
The rest of the year the minimum reservation is 3 days, entering and leaving the villa at the same times.
Reservations or stays for groups of young people in which there are young people under 25 years of age are not allowed, unless there is a person in charge of the group over 27 years of age.
Pets are not allowed.During the stay in the villa, an employee of the property will work in maintenance and garden work, having its annexed dependencies within the villa.

What an amazing villa with great views. Many bars and restaurants nearby. Villa has plenty of space especially with large numbers. Lots to do nearby if required,but could just stay by the pool.A car is not required.

Fantastic views, exceptional concierge service, great bbq/bar area with plenty of space for our group of 19 adults and 3 children. Juame (property manager) was amazing. He even ordered and delivered paella for us on our last night.
The kitchen and bathrooms were dated but that was a small price to pay for all the positives. We would definitely stay here again.

The host Jaume was superb. He went above and beyond to help us with a medical emergency and generally helped make our stay enjoyable. The property is very comfortable and well equipped with a large swimming pool and spacious enough to accommodate an extended family. Its location high on the hillside affords beautiful views all round and it is but a short steep walk into the village itself and down to the local beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend the property for family gatherings
