Overall, I had an excellent experience. The place was very cozy and comfortable, and the location was great—close to the town center and the beaches, which made it very convenient to get around. Martin, the host, was very kind and attentive throughout my stay. The bed was also very large and comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
The only small downside for me was that the curtains let in quite a bit of light, especially the window above the bed, so the room got bright pretty early in the morning. I personally prefer a darker room when I sleep, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t stop me from getting a good night’s sleep or enjoying my stay.

The property was spacious, clean and full of amenities!
I loved the atmosphere, the space and the simplicity. The pool was stunning (even though I was only there for a short stay so didn’t have time to go in it).

Not to mention the DELICIOUS breakfast which were different every day, of top quality and real work of art (see photos), the room we had (2nd floor, corner) was fantastic! We enjoyed the quietness of an adults-only place, the natural swimming pool and the great talks with Marteen and her lovely and friendly wife! The location is also perfect, few steps away from the main street and the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer!!
That we had to leave ;-)

The property is beautiful with a natural pool and comfortable beds. The breakfast is amazing and Martin is so helpful. He helped us arrange transportation to Puerto Viejo and gave us information about where to visit/eat etc
