Beach Gate Bungalows - A CGH Earth SAHA Experience

Everything! Amazing house with huge bedrooms and a lovely pool. Lovely to have your own space completely but with the safety of security all day and night. Arun who was in charge of the villa was absolutely amazing and was only ever a WhatsApp away for any help. Also some food provided in the kitchen which was amazing. It was cleaned every day while we were out. Also the most amazing location walkable to all activities and the coast and so many amazing restaurants.

There is a fair amount of staff walking through the back of the property at all times however when we were by the pool they did not bother us. Only a very minor thing as the rest was amazing.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Fort Kochi. The location is excellent, with most attractions, museums, and some of the best cafés within easy walking distance. The property is a twin villa, and we had the entire three-bedroom villa to ourselves. It offered plenty of space, complete privacy, and ample parking even for a large car. The complimentary breakfast at Eight Bastion, just a few minutes’ walk away, was a lovely addition. The included heritage walk was another highlight. Tommy, our guide, was warm, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable about Fort Kochi’s history, culture, and heritage. Arun and his team were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay, making the experience comfortable and seamless.

Very spacious property with great facilities and within walking distance to everywhere in Fort Kochi. Staff were very helpful. Manager Arun was very proactive in his approach to help us with all our queries.

NA

Reasonably well located, well stocked kitchen and good helpful staff

The third room is tiny and it has no balcony as compared to the other two which are large and spacious with large balconies . Not good if there are three separate families sharing the property. The attached toilet in the third ground-floor basement did not have an exhaust fan. No fire extinguisher location or fire escape plan shared with us. No room service. No in-house chef to serve breakfast(although the PDF flyer shared with us after booking said that they had one). Breakfast was served at “Eighth Bastion” a sister property that involved a fairly long walk on a main road which has rash drivers and no pedestrian walkway.
