Very spacious property with great facilities and within walking distance to everywhere in Fort Kochi. Staff were very helpful. Manager Arun was very proactive in his approach to help us with all our queries.

You get a whole house, adequately stocked for a family of 4 and brilliant location.

A spotless sanctuary in a stunning setting. We loved the 'home away from home' feel, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the private pool—a lifesaver after a day out in the summer heat! It is a short walk to the Fort Kochi beach and many restaurants. Arun and his team provided incredible hospitality; they were proactive, helpful, and ensured everything ran smoothly. It was truly a botanical bliss with five-star service.

Reasonably well located,well stocked kitchen and good helpful staff

The third room is tiny and it has no balcony as compared to the other two which are large and spacious with large balconies . Not good if there are three separate families sharing the property. The attached toilet in the third ground-floor basement did not have an exhaust fan. No fire extinguisher location or fire escape plan shared with us. No room service. No in-house chef to serve breakfast(although the PDF flyer shared with us after booking said that they had one). Breakfast was served at “Eighth Bastion” a sister property that involved a fairly long walk on a main road which has rash drivers and no pedestrian walkway.
