Günstig, sauber, super freundliches Personal, nah bei Meer und Ort, keine laute Strasse in unmittelbarer Nähe, Parkplatz genug gross, Heizung (war in den 1. paar Tagen nötig) die super funktioniert, Wasserkocher, es war alles da was ich brauchte. Und das zu einem sehr günstigen Preis. Bravo!
Wenn ich das Haar in der Suppe suchen muss, dann sind es die fehlenden Haken für Kleider im Eingangsbereich, die etwas spärliche Ablagefläche im Bad.... aber sonst: alles so wie es muss, was es braucht, und was man für so wenig Geld erwarten darf.

Établissement familial situé au calme à l’entrée de Faliraki, et pas loin de la belle plage. Accueil sympathique par le patron (le fils). Chambre moderne et confortable dotée d’un balcon donnant sur l’arrière du bâtiment. Belle salle de bains.
Piscine bienvenue en fin de journée. Petit déjeuner assez simple.
À notre arrivée nous avons constaté que le frigo n’avait pas été vidé et nettoyé des occupants précédents, et que le plan sous la vasque de la salle de bains était tout poussiéreux ! Par ailleurs personne n’est venu faire le ménage ou changer nos serviettes durant notre séjour (3 jours).

loved the lemon tree outside the apartment house
well, considering the price, quite a disappointing overall. While the pictures look bright, the reality dull, even a bit depressing. The owners very sweet tho.
