livigno is a wonderful resort town with great food and skiing; parking for the hotel was convenient in a garage right underneath; views from balcony were lovely and the room had lots of storage for your luggage. rooms were cleaned each day no matter the time, fresh towels always replaced. the woman working at breakfast was very friendly. wellness facility is very nice and modern and a wonderful addition after a day of skiing. really appreciated the smart TV so we could watch Netflix in bed. very kind of the staff to make us to-go breakfast on our last day, thank you!
no welcome introduction or orientation to the hotel and surrounding area (i.e. getting to the lifts, map of slopes, info about hotel); spa bath did not work, which was a shame as it was the main reason we booked this hotel. in general room facilities need upgrading - shower/bath seemed quite old and soap dispenser didnt work. awkward interactions with staff as they forgot to get our ski passses for check in (as agreed in advance) and the first morning of our trip we were quite stressed out trying to contact them so we could go ski; also blocked our car in the parking lot which was a bit stressful after the issue with the ski passes (we were scared they'd forget again and we wouldn't be able to leave in time for the Swiss tunnel as it's only open 6-9am); beds not very comfortable; wellness was lovely but the opening time of 4pm-8pm is restrictive; ski-in and ski-out isn't really possible so best to take into account bus rides or long walks to the lifts

Colazione a buffet discreta.. Cameriere richiamato davanti ai clienti (imbarazzante). Spa prenotabile in quanto può contenere al massimo otto persone e usufruibile per un’ora soltanto. Le tende nella nostra stanza odoravano fortemente di fumo di sigaretta. Infatti nonostante la stanza fosse discretamente pulita si aveva la sensazione di stare nello sporco anche per l’odore. Qualità prezzo non soddisfatte.. arredo vecchio che ha bisogno di manutenzione o ristrutturazione. Si può trovare di meglio allo stesso prezzo.
