The room, bathroom and garden are very spacious. The warm welcome with a nice cup of tea from John. Also the warm welcome of the two lovely dogs๐. Great swimming pool. Good place to have dinner is Kandoori (about 10 minutes walk).
You share the balcony with neighbouring guests ... that's a bit annoying when those people are smoking.

Love the lush green and location by the river. incredibly peaceful and beautiful!
Few critters in the room- but thatโs the nature of being by the river. Not much hosts can do about that

everything was just great!
we stayed more then planned and I liked it more than all the places we stay in Sri Lanka (8 hotels)
beach is far. but you can rent a bike in hotel or take tuk tuk
$$$$
