The location is central to most things without being right in the thick of it which we thought was handy. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and there is plenty of room to spread out.
There is only hand wash supplied, shampoo and conditioner would have been helpful as these are heavy items to have to pack and bring along, and because most apartments supply these, we didn't have any on us.

Traditional apartment in a good location - 15 minutes from the main train/bus station and walking distance from other sights. Very charming, good kitchen and quite spacious.
The apartment was also very cool, even in the hot weather outside, which was really nice. And if needed, there are also airconditioners.
The apartment, beds (3 bedrooms which can hold in total 6 people) and bathrooms (2) were also all clean.
The host was initially somewhat difficult to reach, but once we got a connection it was very easy and friendly. I recommend for you to reach out a few days before, then it should all be fine.
One of the showerhead-holders was broken (the shower itself worked, but the piece that holds the showerhead was broken off). But there was a second shower. It was not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience.
Also, just be aware that there is little to no natural daylight. This is quite typical for Venice from what we could tell, but still something to be aware of.

Location was amazing and the size of the space was amazing. Great kitchen and air con.
The place had not been opened or aired out, there was dust and mold. We had to spray with air freshener and crank the air con to try freshen it up. Laid sheets on the couch to sit on. With a freshen clean this place would be impossible to beat but for the price it felt like it should have been better kept.
