The location is central to most things without being right in the thick of it which we thought was handy. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and there is plenty of room to spread out.

There is only hand wash supplied, shampoo and conditioner would have been helpful as these are heavy items to have to pack and bring along, and because most apartments supply these, we didn't have any on us.

Charming place, with a nice feel. It has a very stylish vibe that is reminiscent of visits to grandma's house. Assuming she is Venetian of course.

The shower heads in both bathrooms had issues. One couldn't hang, for the other the nozzles were missing, so it was like showering under a tap. The owner told us they were waiting for the repair person.. Wifi was super slow, to the point it was impossible to do anything online. It was cold weather when we were there, and the central heater system was not warming up. Perhaps it was already switched off in anticipation of warmer summer days and nights. The place was definitely not dirty, but it also didn't feel super clean and fresh to me. I always like it when there are some soaps and shower gels available already – I understand this is not standard – but here that was not the case, so a small minor point for me. Same for laundry detergent, there is a washing machine, which is great, but I didn't manage to find any detergent in the obvious locations I searched.
