Трохи холодно у міжсезонні в номерах, було б добре мати мікрохвильовку і чайник хоча б на поверсі, щоб наприклад розігріти дитині їжу/воду

Зручне розташування, свій ресторан, гарний вид на річку

Доволі убитиньке все в номері, сантехніка тече. Персонал не завжди на місці, треба розшукувати, видзвонювати

People don't like this hotel because they're thinking of the beach in Odessa. But this isn't the kind of place where you throw your clothes on the floor and run to the nearest beach. Here, every detail is precise and meaningful. The view, the stream, the restaurant—everything is meticulously arranged to create a specific experience. It took me ten minutes to find parking, too. I also didn't find any tissues in the room and had to go back into the hall to grab a pack from the pile. But can these small details really change the fact that this hotel provides a perfect alpine experience? Is there a flaw in the dining room's design? Isn't the path from the entrance to the playground meticulously and tastefully planned? I had a uniquely liberating experience, and I'm sure many people would agree with me.
