Price less than 100 euro per night in August. Pretty common garden which you can use. We asked for Iron and we got it.
Shower is in a middle of bathroom so toilet area is always wet. Very difficult to adjust water temperature. Windows directed to the neighbours terrace. No couch. Everything is old except kitchen - its pretty good. No wine glasses. No private terrace, Only common garden. Right in front of the main door is a sewer tray which is connected with sewerage - so toilet smell always welcomes you. No place for barbecue.

Best location for family with kids.
You can enjoy the Garten , it is enough space for kids to play and for relaxing.
The huge Garten, parking area . Quit and safely because the owner of the apartment stay behind the apartment.
