Overall it was ok. But many really small fixes would really very much improve the experience.

The location is good - nearby is amazing gelato, market, the beach is not far away. Parking is good - huge enough for 3 cars (but the departure is complicated due to traffic).

The house, or the equipment is quite old - I would say worn out. But what i disliked most is the architecture inside - the stairway in the middle of the house makes so much noise, that when somebody walks, wakes up whole house during the night. Also one of the bedrooms is not noise-insulated at all. You hear even whispers in the zero floor. Huge part of the furniture seems kind of filthy. Overall the lower floor is ok for stay even with no AC in hot days, the upper floor has AC, but the rooms are so small that you almost can't use it. Because the house is located on quite noisy street, you will not open windows during the night because of the traffic, so small bedrooms are quite hot. I would appreciate having soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms, maybe a little more cleanliness in the upper bedrooms (floor seemed to me messy when we arrived). Equipment could be more "watched" so that for example the toilet seat is fixed, outside sitting is fixed etc. Outside i missed comfortable seating most - the bench with desk is almost destroyed.

We appreciated the fact that we had the garden for ourselves. The kids and the dog could run freely. Its vely close to the beach, convenient stores and even icecream. We could park the car on the properly directly which helps since we were on the main road.

The property could use some updates and renovation touches. The wifi was at times unrealible. A little swimming pool at the backyard would go a long way.

A backyard with a gas BBQ, table, chairs to have meals outside. A parking space in the yard for 2-3 cars. A 10-12 minute walk to the beach.

The house is located along the street, so it's a little noisy.

Aufjedenfall das beste Haus, was wir bis jetzt besucht haben.

Für den Preis war das Haus einfach sensational, es war richtig gut ausgestattet, hatte alles was man brauchte, war weder weit vom Strand noch vom Zentrum entfernt.

An manchen Ecken war es vielleicht jetzt nicht das sauberste, aber es war nichts richtig schlimmes. Das Internet war oben auch nicht das beste, aber es ging.
