The stay was amazing, we arrived at night and didn’t get the chance to use any of the kitchen appliances, but they seeme

It’s in a great location, really easy to get there by bus. Facilities were really clean and staff really nice. The hot tub was fantastic

The breakfast is a 7/10 It’s not bad, its just that you don’t have a lot of options They only have a couple of bread pieces, fruit, juice, yoghurt and cereals I know it’s a continental breakfast but I would like at least butter and jam for my bread I also would really enjoy having lactose free milk

The location for us was probably a bit far from central however, they have a great metro bus system nearby and you can get into the central in about an hour which cost 6 pesos otherwise uber will cost you about 450-500 pesos one way and very stop start in traffic! Just make sure you allow this extra time into your day!

Avoid this hotel

the room was clean

Yhe noise was excessive. The shower door didn't close, so water went everywhere. There was no hotel signage and the entrance was hidden.

Upper bathroom shower was a little clogged. Shower door was not closing properly. Cristal door for the bathroom. Need mosquito net at the kitchen window.

Luxurious apartments and helpful staff

Exceptionally large suite with two double beds, so lots of room travelling with a friend. Jacuzzi bath and large bathroom . Really modern and clean.

It was a little out of Coyoacan charming area and more in a shopping area but close to a large shopping area with restaurants. Would of loved a kettle or n the room

Perfect location and stay for the music camp for my son at the Centro Cultural Ollin Yolitzli.

The staff was friendly, the suites were amazing, spacious and clean! The beds with four pillows, each were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were huge. The rooftop terrace was beautiful.

The breakfast could have been a little more but really it was enough.

Very clean, staff are very professional. The location of the area is safe to walk in the evenings. Good near places to visits. The roof top is a nice place to lounge with the family A lovely view of the city. A very nice kept area. Definitely I would recommend family and friends.

The roof top needs heaters. The kitchen area needs more amenities such as place mats, kitchen utensils, an electrical kettle would be perfect, cutting board. Utilities that are needed when your stay is long. Laundry services would be great too. Otherwise everything is great.

The apartment is large and comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed.

The women at the front desk were rude and did not get the TV fixed as I asked. Also, when I went down for breakfast, there was nothing left. The juice was gone, the fruit old and discolored, and dirty dishes were piled on the buffet table.

I had problem with Microwave. Microwaves were very old and got spoilt when put to use. They were of 2014 model. When, I used, it got spoilt. They asked me to pay for the replacement cost, which I did not agree. Finally, they agreed for the same

Room was excellent. Very spacious and clean and had a full refrigerator and microwave. Gym was great. Sufficient equipment to get a good workout. Staff was very kind and helpful. Roof top view was great. Overall the hotel was very beautiful and clean.

You want to get a room on a high floor so you can see something other than another building. High floors are exceptional but lower floors feel a little boxed in. Rooms are pretty much the same size...huge.
