Bardzo fajna likalizacja, na granicy zadrzewionego terenu, ktory byl ucieczka dla psow przed upalem. Spacer do miasta 20 min.
Malo prywatnosci: goscie innych apartamentow paradowali przed naszymi oknami. Opis apartamentu odbiega od stand rzeczywistego. Wewnatrz ok, ale nie ma prywatnego patio ze stolem. Owszem, jest taras pod dachem, ale stol wysoki do stolkow barowych, a nie zwyklych krzesel. Ogrod nie prywatny, tylko komunalny. Najdziwniejsza rzecz; wlascicielka przy wymeldowaniu sprawdzala zawartosc szafek kuchennych, to byl insult!

Gut gelegenes ruhige Appartement-Haus mit vier Einheiten. Großzügige Grünanlage mit Griller, Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich, sodass nicht unbedingt ein Lokal besucht werden muss!
Abfluss Dusche müsste repariert werden.

Piccolo pezzo di paradiso a Parenzo, appartamento molto bello e con grandi camere, immerso in una pineta dove ci si può rilassare e divertire. Zona molto silenziosa che consente di dormire molto bene la notte. Tutto molto molto pulito e curato. La signora Rita fantastica, sempre molto sorridente e disponibilissima per ogni richiesta, ci ha anche offerto del buonissimo vino fatto da lei. A 5 minuti in macchina dal centro di Parenzo. C'è anche la possibilità di noleggiare le bici direttamente da loro. Il tutto ha superato le nostre aspettative, siamo stati soddisfatti al 100%, ci torneremo sicuramente!
