My room was comfortable but there was no air con and oin hot days the room was stifling. The choice of hot meals for breakfast was very good and the food was cooked to a high standard. In the bathroom the shower was very large and powerful - very good. The owner was very pleasant and helpful with ideas for what to do and where to eat. The biggest drawback to this place is that it is in Seaton which seems to be a very sad and dying town.
In the hot summers we are now getting something needs to be done about the temperature in the room.

Lovely host, and a really excellent breakfast. Very clean and had everything you need there. Close to beach, shops and tramway. Would recommend
