Impossible to fault and hard to find: A stylish, family-run hotel with everything going for it

This was our favourite hotel during our five weeks in Europe. An utterly charming, family-run establishment which offers not only wonderful service, but absolutely beautifully presented rooms, with charm and character. The location of this hotel could not be better, just moments from the gondola. Would love to stay again and wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic location on the slopes. Lovely big rooms with underfloor heating and great facilities. Large ski locker and boot heater area in basement and plenty of storage space inside the apartment for all our ski gear. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was massive!

Bedrooms very hot (even with the heating turned right down). Kept getting splinters from the rustic wood sliding doors! But both of these are very tiny personal issues, it would not stop us staying there again!

Utterly fantastic - couldn't get any better.

Frond Neige is a first class hotel / apartment. The owners are always on site, attentive and helpful. The property itself couldn't be located any better for lift access, shops, bars and restaurants. I don't normally write reviews but if there is ever a bad review for Fr. Neige please ignore it, this is my second time staying here and I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Was surprised at how much I liked Morzine. Went to Avoriaz too which was a bigger domain.

Great location

Simple, well laid out apartment with onsite facilities like indoor parking, bread delivery, ski boot warmers etc in excellent central location. Especially well located for kids in Morzine ESF or Piou Piou club.

Perfect location in a super friendly apartment.

The Frond'neige is the perfect holiday apartment. It's quite literally 1min away from the ESF ski school, 1 min away from the main Pleney ski lifts and 2 min away from the office du tourisme where everything is happening. The apartment is big, clean, super comfortable. They have plenty of locker space for skis and boots and a car park. The owners are just amazing and super helpful. Thanks to Eric he got my boot problem fixed. We also had a very yummy fondue in our apartment. The kids said they felt like we were part of their family, they are that friendly! It was the best location we have ever been to and were very sad to leave but we will be back. Don't hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed!

Very nice stay. Hosts were very friendly. Location is perfect. We loved the panoramic sauna and view from the balcony. Shops and restaurants are just a few meters from the residence. Quiet residence.
