Staff are excellent - could not be more pleasant or helpful. The breakfast is quite good. Rooms are well-appointed
This time I had Studio 8. The a/c did not work. I reported it on the afternoon of arrival. Someone came to look at it at about 1 pm the following day (tardy but petrol shortages meant everything was slow). I was told to wait 2 hours - I did. The a/c finally kicked in at about 2 am. So, 2 mostly sleepless nights with many cold showers. I am an old lady & need sleep.

From the begining of our booking the communication was excellent. Their driver came and collected us, which was so good after a long flight. Rooms were spacious and practical. Breakfast was nice, we had to leave before the kitchen was open so they kindly made us toast and fruit juice. Driver was so nice and also took us to the port to catch our boat. I found the location really good and kind of wish we could have stayed a little longer.

Excellent location. Very quiet but easy access to everything. Staff were lovely.
The property is tired, and everything is a bit worn out. The breakfast was uninspiring. But it was free, and the accommodations are very reasonably priced - so you get what you pay for.
