On the ground floor is an open plan living space with a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen. Outside is a sunny cobbled courtyard garden with table and chairs. Just 300 yards from the shops and pubs, Dairy Cottage is an ideal base for an interesting break in Devon.
Amenities: Underfloor heating and central heating. Dishwasher, combi-microwave, fridge-freezer, electric Aga, washer-dryer, smart TV, iPod dock, WiFi, phone. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
