The house sleeps 16 people in eight bedrooms over the first and second floor, five double and three twin with eight bath and shower rooms. On the ground floor is a hall, sitting room with open fire and dining area, a TV room and a kitchen. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with barbecues and furniture, a big lawn, a games room and a jetty on the River Tavy for launching a small boat.
