Renovated building which conserves the historic fassade of the zone. It has a surface of 55 m2. It´s on the half first floor. Calm and elegant place.
It´s a design apartment: restored wood-ceiling, originally stone walls, parquet floor and design kitchen.
A very large apartment distributed in entrance hall, living-room with a double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, double room with one King bed and complete equipped bathroom.
Bed linen and towels. A perfect place to stay one person, a couple or four people.
Easy communications to visit other interesting touristic places as La Pedrera (Gaudí), La Casa Batlló, El Palau de la Música, and to go out of Barcelona. Parking close to the apartment.
This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nigths under a lease agreement other than for permanent residence , in accordance with Law 11/2025 of 29/09/2025, for personal purposes, such as holidays , recreation or leisure, reasons for your stay in Catalonia, and the reservation may be cancelled if it does not meet the legal requirements.

We were there for 11 weeks.
Everything was easy. The apartment was pretty large for a one bedroom, perfect for a couple. Recently updated bathroom that
outside area perfect for washing clothes.
