Just a few yards to the beach - and Balcony looked out over it. Breakfast in the garden each morning. Really friendly and helpful staff (one was Welsh). Free hotel car park. Lots of restaurants close by. Few minutes walk to ferry and bus station,
Corsica Lines ferry docked nearby all day - so could smell diesel fumes. We came on the La Meridonale ferry to Ajaccio which has zero particulate and NO2 emissions then by bus.

Hotel praticamente sulla spiaggia alla fine del paese di Propriano. Camera spaziosa, pulita e con aria condizionata. Noi non avevamo vista sul mare ma avevamo un balconcino che ci permetteva di stendere asciugamani e costumi. Unico punto debole se vogliamo trovarlo sono gli arredamenti già un po' superati

Hotel by the beach in Propiano. Nice sea views from the balcony. The location though is great: literally 1 min walk to the beach, which is directly connected to the hotel. Staff were friendly.
Big limitations: there is not lift! We had to take heavy luggage up the stairs (second floor), with no help from the staff. The room was very very old, with the bathroom that had no renovation over at least 30 or 40 years. At night, over the week end there was loud noisy from clubs and people shouting in the street - during work days it was better.
